Shrimp Garlic and Herbs with buckwheat

Many of you ask me for healthy and easy recipes. So you’ll find some on my blog. If I do this right, there will be one recipe a week. Something to enjoy, an essential condition for me. Good has good health. So, for starters, this new round of recipes let’s go see the shrimp.





Ingredients:

  • peeled shrimp 100 to 150 grams per person

  • garlic, to taste

  • thyme, rosemary, parsley

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper

  • turmeric

  • buckwheat semolina about 50 gr per person

Recipe:

1/ In a pan, pour the olive oil and finely chopped garlic when it starts to crackle, add all the rest and cook everything together.

2/ Next boil water and pour into a dish, a bowl the amount of buckwheat semolina annealed with salt and vegetable broth in organic powder. Cover with hot water and while the shrimp finish in leather left to swell for 4/5 minutes.

3/ Then mix everything together. Serve hot with a salad of a seasonal raw vegetable (example carrot, cabbage, maches...)

Ps: the quantities are given to the harsard each made to his hunger. Knowing that this recipe can be a dish or a starter.
